Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage benefit data and compliance, performing Workday audits and leading Retro deduction processes. You will guide the global benefits team on QLEs and new hire changes, while responding to colleague inquiries via Zendesk and auditing demographic data.

Required are 3+ years in benefits or HR, knowledge of regulations, and proficiency with Workday, Zendesk, and Excel. This is a fully remote role with a US-wide focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Benefits Administration or HR-related field.
• Knowledge of Enrollment and Qualified Life Events regulations.
• Experience with Workday navigation, Benefits modules, and Zendesk ticketing.
• Experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Data management and auditing in Workday; run reports to update data.
• Provide backup support for QLEs and new hire changes.
• Submit JIRA requests; coordinate with HRIS/HRIT on Workday updates.
• Identify and update Zendesk macros for benefit events (open enrollment, new hires, QLE).
• Act as primary lead for the Retro deduction process each payroll cycle.
