Spade Recruiting seeks motivated individuals for a fully remote role serving union members across North America. You will help members understand benefit programs, guide applications, and provide ongoing support from home.

Flexible hours and weekly compensation with performance bonuses support your growth. Responsibilities include meeting via phone/video, reviewing options, and building long-term relationships with families while maintaining organized client records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional and approachable personality.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Dependability and consistent follow-through.
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment.
• Genuine interest in helping and educating others.
• Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and develop new skills.
• Industry experience isn't required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another client-facing environment is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with members through scheduled phone and video appointments.
• Learning about each family's needs and priorities.
• Reviewing available benefit and coverage options.
• Explaining programs in clear, straightforward language.
• Answering questions and providing helpful information.
• Assisting members with applications and digital documentation.
• Following up after appointments when additional assistance is needed.
• Providing continued support to existing members.
• Maintaining accurate and organized client information.
• Developing professional, long-term relationships with the families you serve.
