Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Benefits Administrator to process payroll deductions, reconcile multiple vendor feeds, and support People Operations across national remote teams. You will handle open enrollment, Schwab 401(k) processes, and benefit inquiries for employees and providers.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, system troubleshooting (Oracle, ADP, Bswift), and effective communication with staff. A Bachelor’s in business/finance and 1–3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance required.
• Mathematical and finance aptitude.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll systems preferred.
• Understanding of state and federal benefit regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payroll deductions from benefits vendors and participants.
• Reconcile between vendors to ensure payroll deduction accuracy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot status changes, terminations, and new hires in HCM system.
• Answer questions from Payroll and People Operations regarding benefits.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve system problems.
• Handle participant inquiries via Vera, phone, or email.
• Advise employees on benefit options and select best plans.
• Research and troubleshoot client questions in Oracle, ADP, Bswift, and vendor systems.
• Assist with Open Enrollment preparation.
• Process Schwab 401(k) contributions for outside clients.
• Collaborate with Finance on Schwab payments reconciliation.
• Manage manual checks and wires for physician contributions.
• Troubleshoot with Union Bank for website issues.
• Manage IDI Unum Disability Insurance billing and claims.
