Job summary

PrudentRx is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to administer payroll, benefits, compensation and HR compliance across the company. The role also provides people data reporting for regulatory filings and serves as the HRIS systems administrator.

You will manage payroll, open enrollment, benefits coordination, and compensation administration while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. The position requires strong Excel skills and extensive HRIS experience in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR operations or similar role performing payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong, substantive HRIS experience as a sysadmin or super user.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Extremely detail oriented with high accuracy in sensitive employee data.
• Formidable Excel skills are crucial.
• Analytical mindset and systems orientation are a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience documenting and supporting people processes in evolving environments.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll administration for all team members, coordinate with payroll vendor and Accounting, provide reporting and analysis as required.
• Administer benefits programs including open enrollment, benefits reporting, and vendor interactions.
• Maintain HRIS and other HR systems/platforms as sysadmin (performance management, compensation, benefits, SharePoint presence).
• Administer compensation processes including pay bands, incentive plans, pay equity analysis, and systems administration.
• Prepare and file HR state and government filings (EEO-1, state filings, benefits filings).
• Assist with leaves management processes as needed.
• Support ATS and recruiting systems as needed.
• Collaborate with Director on HR initiatives and projects.
• Ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality.
• Complete required training and continue learning per department/company requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
