Qualifications

• Experience independently administering employee benefits programs including medical, dental and retirement plans.
• Strong knowledge of COBRA, ERISA and benefits compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating with payroll and managing deductions and records.
• Proficient with benefits administration systems and MS Office; highly organized.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to educate employees.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs and manage enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Oversee COBRA administration and retirement benefit programs with compliance.
• Partner with payroll for accurate deductions and reconcile discrepancies.
• Serve as primary resource for benefits questions and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
• Support audits, documentation, and process improvements with HR leadership.
