Qualifications

• SHRM‑CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience in benefits administration or HR operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Dayforce is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of group benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement).
• Ensure accurate enrollments, changes, terminations, and coverage updates.
• Execute payroll, audits, and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll prep related to deductions, retroactivity, and reconciliation.
• Build and optimize automated workflows and data processes to reduce manual tasks.
