Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Writer to support the Employee Benefit Program for Fidelity Workplace Consulting. This remote contract role focuses on drafting benefit communications across print, web, video, and social formats, partnering with client teams to deliver accurate, high-impact content.

Applicants should have 3+ years of experience, strong writing/editing skills, and the ability to draft SPDs under ERISA guidelines. W2 benefits are provided through the client relationship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience drafting technical benefit communications.
• Experience drafting Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and other benefit communications.
• Ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity when drafting ERISA documents.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams on client campaigns.

Responsibilities
