Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Writer to support Fidelity Workplace Consulting's employee benefit communications. You will draft technical benefit content across print, web, video, and social formats and collaborate with client teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, strong writing/editing skills, SPDs experience, ERISA knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience in benefits/employee programs.
• Strong writing and editing across audiences and formats.
• Knowledge of retirement and health and welfare plan fundamentals.
• Experience drafting SPDs and other benefit communications.
• Partner with technical consultants to ensure ERISA compliance.
• Structure SPDs and benefit guides for modularity and quick answers.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, client-facing settings.
• Commitment to inclusivity and clear communication.
• Project management experience.
• General research and fact checking.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
