Remote, contract role with W2 benefits; pay range $45–$55 per hour. Open to candidates nationwide; 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in English/Marketing/Communications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience in benefits or ERISA context.
• Strong writing and editing across audiences and formats.
• Experience drafting SPDs and benefit communications.
• Ability to collaborate with technical consultants for accuracy and compliance.
