Job summary

Fidelity Workplace Consulting is seeking a Technical Writer to join its Employee Experience Design team. The role focuses on drafting technical benefit communications and creating content across print, web, video, and social formats for clients.

The ideal candidate has strong writing/editing skills, benefits knowledge, SPD drafting experience, and the ability to collaborate with technical consultants to ensure ERISA compliance and clear, employee-friendly documents. Remote W2 role with benefits.

Our client seeks a Technical Writer to join the Employee Experience Design team within Fidelity Workplace Consulting. The role will partner with external clients who administer employee benefit programs to support changes, increase awareness and understanding, and drive employee engagement. You will draft technical benefit communications, create custom content across print, web, video, and social formats, and collaborate across internal and external teams to deliver accurate, high-impact work.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
