Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Writer to join the Employee Experience Design team for Fidelity Workplace Consulting. Remote contract role focusing on drafting benefit communications and multi-format content. Collaboration with external clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in ERISA-compliant materials.

The role requires 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing/Communications, or related field; W2 benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Strong writing and editing skills across audiences and formats.
• Experience drafting SPDs and technically detailed benefit communications.
• Ability to partner with technical consultants to ensure ERISA compliance.
