Job summary

Alera Group in the United States is seeking a Benefit Analyst for a hybrid role. You will support employee benefits initiatives, analyze data, and partner with consultants to deliver exceptional client service.

You'll review benefits information, build trusted client relationships, and help manage multi-project engagements while staying compliant and focused on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Consultants and Producers to support client benefit strategy and service initiatives
• Review and monitor ongoing client projects, deliverables, and service requests
• Assist in the management of complex employee benefits accounts and client engagements
• Analyze benefits data, financial information, and plan performance to support client decision-making
• Research benefits, compliance, and industry-related topics to support client needs
• Review client communication materials and benefit documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal partners
• Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and process improvement activities
