Job summary

Amae Health is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to join our remote team serving adults with complex mental health needs. You will be the first contact for prospective patients and families, coordinating intake and referrals with hospitals, social workers, and care teams.

This full-time, remote role operates Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00 PM PST, with preference for candidates in PST/MST/CST zones. You will review benefits, communicate clearly about services, and maintain CRM records while

Qualifications

Compassionate and empathetic with strong communication skills.
Experience in healthcare customer service, preferably mental health.
Proficient with CRM systems and common office tools.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from prospective patients, families, and social workers.
Review Verifications of Benefits and understand costs like copays and deductibles.
Conduct outbound referrals follow-up with hospitals and care teams.
Coordinate with social workers to understand patient needs and referrals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure follow-up communication.
Provide compassionate support and collaborate with internal teams.
