Ria Health is seeking a self-driven Admissions Specialist for a remote role. You will engage with prospects, explain telehealth AUD treatment, and drive enrollment while meeting monthly targets.

The position emphasizes HIPAA-compliant communication, CRM usage, and cross-team collaboration to improve enrollment workflows. Applicants bring 1–3 years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and tech-savviness with Salesforce and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education, Sales, or a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, customer engagement, or enrollment.
• Polished and professional communication: ability to build rapport quickly.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using Salesforce, Google Suite, and others.
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess if Ria Health’s telehealth AUD treatment is right for prospects.
• Manage insurance eligibility and coordinate with the Verifications Specialist.
• Guide prospects through enrollment and refer those not eligible to alternative resources.
• Meet monthly enrollment targets with focus on conversion rates.
• Record all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Enrollment team to identify and implement scalable processes.
• Work independently while supporting other departments and attending meetings.
