Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking entry-level Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a nationwide ABA practice. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and document progress under supervision.

Roles offer flexible scheduling, with options for remote work from anywhere in the USA or in-person in service states, and include paid training, CEUs, and ongoing clinical support. Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and eager to grow in the ABA field, with RBT certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
