Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services across the USA, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior. You can design your schedule with flexible remote or in-person work options and support from a nationwide team.

We provide paid training, ongoing CEUs, and robust clinical support. RBT certification is required before working, with a focus on compassionate, patient care and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
