Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Sales Manager, Beauty Sales (Account Executive) to drive remote growth within 30 miles of Detroit, MI. You will support brands like OXO, Hydro Flask, and Revlon, and lead a regional team to meet sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in major retailers, with the ability to work Tue–Sat and lift 50 pounds. Total compensation includes salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in at least one major retailer (ULTA, Sephora, Nordstrom, Macy's).
• Minimum 3 years of multi‑door retail experience.
• Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic initiatives for the Helen of Troy Prestige Division (Drybar & Curlsmith).
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals in each retailer.
• Achieve compensation sales targets.
• Conduct weekly sales reviews with the regional team.
• Lead planning meetings and outsource activity.
• Execute events and achieve event goals.
• Develop a monthly Plan of Action to achieve sales targets.
• Review Plan of Actions weekly with the regional team.
• Maintain focus on key door sales and meet the sales plan.
• Review freelance and T&E budget maintenance monthly.
• Recruit, manage, and lead individual contributors and account executives.
• Provide weekly development reviews for direct reports.
