Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in the consumer products or small appliance industry.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of cross-functional product development projects.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and risk with executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate global teams and ensure timely product documentation and reviews.
• Drive development of new products using the New Product Development process.
• Organize program reviews and ensure post-launch support and documentation.
• Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to achieve technical solutions.
