Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Sales Manager for Beauty Sales (Account Executive) with remote work options. You will lead sales initiatives across beauty brands including Drybar and Curlsmith, driving retail success through events and education.

You will meet sales goals, conduct weekly reviews with the Regional team, plan event activities, and develop monthly action plans to hit targets. Expect budget management for training and a leadership role over independent contractors.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in at least two of the following retailers: ULTA, Sephora, Nordstrom, Macy’s
• 2 years of multi‑door experience
• Ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals in each retailer.
• Achieve compensation sales targets.
• Conduct weekly sales reviews with the Regional team.
• Plan and execute meeting and outsource activities.
• Successfully execute event plans and meet event goals.
• Develop monthly plans of action to achieve sales targets.
• Review and refine plans of action with the Regional team.
• Focus on achieving sales plans in target doors.
• Participate in weekly, quarterly, and monthly reviews.
• Maintain and review freelance and training & education budget within guidelines.
• Recruit, manage, and lead independent contractors and account executives.
• Facilitate weekly catch‑ups to review focus and development of direct reports.
