Helen of Troy in Boston, MA, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Beauty Sales Team, coordinating cross-functional activities across Sales, Channel Management, Brand Marketing, and Customer Service.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years in administrative project management, and US work authorization; a Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of Oracle/OBI plus Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and MS Teams are preferred.

• 2+ years administrative project management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Preferred knowledge of Oracle and OBI.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Beauty Sales Team.
• Coordinate product transitions, pricing policy updates, and promotional trackers.
• Partner with Sales, Channel Management, Brand Marketing and Customer Service across cross-functional teams.
• Administer NuOrder portal onboarding, catalog updates, and issue resolution.
