Job summary

Lancome is seeking a Sales and Training Coordinator to drive retail sales and advocacy in the Greater NYC Metro area. This remote role focuses on coaching counter teams, onboarding new hires, and recruiting Lancome Artists/Freelancers to grow the brand presence.

You will coordinate events, trainings, and communications with STEs, store management, and partners while maintaining Lancome’s standards and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Formal beauty/makeup trade school training preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Able to lift boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Good communication, motivational and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Help source, develop, motivate and train Lancome Beauty Advisors through in-store coaching.
• Plan, execute, and follow-up on new hire training using the Lancome onboarding program.
• Train MBBA's and store associates to gain advocacy for Lancome.
• Recruit, train and retain Lancome Artists/Freelancers.
• Ensure BA's leverage social media/digital assets to drive retail sales.
• Plan and execute events by retailer; assist with major launches and makeup artist events.
• Maintain daily/regular communication with STEs, store management and Retail Partners.
• Maintain awareness of competitors' key products and trends.
