GlobalTimesOnline is seeking a Business Development Representative for a fully remote role in the United States. You'll prospect advertisers, qualify leads, and help build a robust sales pipeline with the support of a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate is energetic, coachable and organized, with strong communication skills and a desire to grow into an Account Executive. Compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience; internships or customer facing roles count.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Organized, self motivated and goal oriented.
• Interest in media, technology and a desire to grow into a closing role.
• Experience with a CRM or outreach tool is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new advertisers and partners through cold calls, emails and social outreach
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach to each prospect
• Hit daily and weekly activity and meeting targets
• Keep accurate notes and pipeline data in the CRM
• Learn the product deeply enough to spark real conversations
• Share what is landing with the sales and marketing teams
