Job summary

Hubexo is hiring a Business Development Representative who will drive new opportunities for our North America team. This remote role requires strong communication and empathy to engage targets and convert prospects into qualified meetings.

You will leverage our sales tech stack for daily cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn, while building a robust pipeline and maximizing commissions through achieving targets and OTE. Remote with occasional travel to events.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within your territory to identify and research timely, high-value targets.
• Utilize sales tech stack to perform daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
• Generate new opportunities (meetings) by leveraging daily phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and occasional live events to schedule qualified meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow up.
• Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop your sales skills in the role.
• Measure your results and work with your manager to optimize them.
