Prompt is transforming healthcare by delivering highly automated, modern software to rehab therapy businesses. We are seeking a Lead BDR to mentor a growing team, drive performance against goals, and balance leadership with hands-on prospecting.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decisions, and a collaborative, inclusive culture. The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in BDR/SDR, some management experience, and a passion for learning SaaS/health tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience, with 6-12 months of management experience preferred.
• SaaS or EMR health tech experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for learning software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BDRs, fostering growth and accountability.
• Coach BDRs through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and role plays to improve prospecting and demo-setting.
• Drive performance against daily, weekly, and monthly goals, identifying gaps and creating action plans.
• Maintain strong personal prospecting habits while monitoring team metrics and KPIs.
