Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Chiropractic BDR Team Lead to guide a data-driven Chiropractic BDR team. This role combines leadership with hands-on prospecting, messaging optimization, and coaching to build a stronger chiropractic growth engine for Prompt.

You will report to the Manager of Business Development and partner with AEs to improve qualification, handoffs, and pipeline quality. Remote/hybrid arrangement and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BDR/SDR or sales-related experience.
• 6–12+ months of leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong outbound prospecting, qualification, and pipeline skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coach and develop reps.

Responsibilities

• Coach chiropractic BDRs through 1:1s, calls, role plays, and feedback.
• Drive team performance against activity and demo goals using data.
• Own the day-to-day Chiropractic BDR motion focusing on high-value accounts.
• Develop deep expertise in the chiropractic buyer and workflows.
• Lead by example with prospecting, messaging, and discovery techniques.
• Monitor KPIs: calls, conversations, demos, pipeline, quota attainment.
• Provide ongoing coaching based on performance data and call recordings.
• Support onboarding and ramping of new Chiropractic BDRs.
