Job summary

NXTThing RPO is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and nurture long-cycle opportunities. You will build targeted ICP lists, craft personalized sequences, and reach right buyers across email, phone, and LinkedIn.

You will coordinate with event follow-up teams, manage nurture programs with marketing, and support BDDs with discovery calls and CRM hygiene. This remote role welcomes self-directed professionals in the US market.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a BDR/ SDR or outbound-facing role.
• Strong written communication skills for concise, personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (PipeDrive, Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent) and sales tools.
• Remote work capability with high self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform cold outreach and ICP prospecting.
