Hubexo is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales for our rapidly growing North America team. This remote role requires residency in eligible states and includes travel to industry events and company meetings.

You will prospect territory targets, perform daily outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and manage a warm pipeline to schedule qualified meetings. The role emphasizes ongoing skill development and advancement opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect within your territory to identify and research timely, high-value targets.
• Utilize our sales tech stack to perform consistent, daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
• Generate new opportunities (meetings) by leveraging daily phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and occasional live events to schedule qualified meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow up.
• Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop your sales skills in the role.
• Measure your results and work with your manager to optimize them.
