Panoptyc is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound growth in grocery and convenience retail. This is not inbound role.

You’ll locate the right contacts at independent grocers, start conversations, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. You’ll own the top of the funnel: outbound prospecting across calls, email and LinkedIn; qualifying prospects; and maintaining a clean CRM in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales (SaaS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting across calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
• Share market feedback to sharpen ICP and messaging and aid Sales and Marketing.
