Job summary

Dayforce, a global HCM leader based in Toronto, is recruiting a Business Development Representative 1 to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Dayforce sales team. The role is regionally focused with outbound calling, emails, social outreach, and events involvement.

You'll work with Sales Reps to target accounts, manage multi-touch campaigns, and maintain CRM data. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required, with proven prospecting ability and a comfort

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills.
• Ability to develop and execute a territory plan.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational skills and self-discipline.
• Proficient with standard office software and CRM tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred.
• Able to perform well in a Virtual Work-from-Home setting.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales qualified leads through outbound outreach and multi-touch campaigns.
• Schedule meetings for Dayforce direct sales team.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps to target accounts in designated territory.
• Maintain CRM activity and nurture leads throughout the funnel.
• Travel may be required for corporate and sales team meetings.
