Job summary

AssetWatch is a remote-first company delivering predictive maintenance solutions to manufacturers. We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to support hardware and network outages for external customers and collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely, long-term solutions.

You’ll manage high-volume support requests, work with Salesforce and other CRM tools, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure a world-class experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience with high-volume ticketing systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to use remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple incoming support requests via software, phone, and email.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for long-term solutions.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Reach out to customers to address issues proactively and meet response quotas.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support loyalty initiatives and other duties as assigned by the Support Manager.
