Wheelhouse DMG is a remote-first digital marketing agency driving performance for healthcare, MedTech, and privacy-first brands. We seek a proactive Business Development Representative to nurture leads from first contact to a booked meeting with our Growth Manager.

You’ll craft personalized outreach, qualify prospects, and manage HubSpot data in a fast-moving team. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales, travel to industry events as needed, and contribute to messaging and campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 4 years in a BDR/SDR or similar role with a track record of booking meetings.
• Experience selling digital marketing or agency services is a plus.
• HubSpot experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Nurture relationships from first engagement to a booked introductory meeting with the Growth Manager.
• Write personalized outreach based on each lead's company, role, and engagement.
• Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile before booking meetings.
• Re-engage stalled or dormant leads and keep HubSpot accurate.
