Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) focusing on earning school contracts for clinical, special education staffing and ABA therapy services along with our traditional services business line focusing on therapists and nurses in hospitals, nursing homes, homecare and clinic settings.

The ideal candidate will hunt new accounts, build lasting connections, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of selling staffing services to educational institutions, ABA therapy programs, hospitals, nursing homes or clinics.
• Proven track record of solving customer challenges with excellent service.
• Experience documenting activity in a CRM/ATS; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Associates degree minimum.
• Travel via Zoom, emailing, texting and traditional phone calling; travel discretionary based on client size.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts; hunt for profitable school/education services business aligned with company objectives.
• Customer service: ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat business with a designated Account Manager.
