Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, technology sales, financial technology, or AI data services.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand complex financial institutions and identify appropriate decision makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to develop concise, personalized outreach for senior prospects.
• Comfort communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source prospective customers across financial services including banking, insurance, asset management, capital markets, wealth management, payments, and fintech.
• Research target accounts to identify AI initiatives, priorities, investments, and product launches.
• Identify and engage decision makers across AI, data science, technology, risk, compliance, product, and digital transformation.
• Develop targeted outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Innodata’s Financial Services.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer priorities and timelines.
• Qualify prospects and transition opportunities toward pilots and larger engagements.
• Coordinate prospect meetings and demonstrations with Innodata subject matter experts.
