Job summary

Innodata, a global data engineering company, is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Physical AI space. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline among robotics, embodied AI, autonomous systems, and foundation-model developers across the United States.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and transition prospects into pilots and commercial engagements, working with AI leadership to connect with technical and business decision makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3+ years in BD or a related customer-facing role.
• Interest in AI, robotics, or emerging tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities in Physical AI.
• Build targeted account lists and map decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand requirements and timelines.
• Advance opportunities into pilots and pilots to commercial engagements.
• Coordinate meetings, demos, and technical discussions.
• Track industry developments and opportunities.
