Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years in business development, sales development, technology sales, financial technology, or AI data services.
• Proven success generating qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
• Strong research skills to understand complex financial institutions and identify decision makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source prospective customers across financial services, including banking, insurance, asset management, capital markets, wealth management, payments, and fintech.
• Research target accounts to identify AI initiatives, priorities, technology investments, and product launches.
• Identify and engage decision makers across AI, data science, technology, risk, compliance, and digital transformation.
• Develop highly targeted outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, industry events, conferences, and other channels.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Innodata’s Financial Services.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer priorities, AI initiatives, data requirements, and timelines.
• Qualify prospects and transition opportunities toward pilots and larger engagements.
• Coordinate prospect meetings, presentations, and demos with Innodata SMEs.
