Job summary

Bluehost, part of Newfold Digital, is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to hunt and engage outbound prospects, qualify new sales opportunities, and educate potential customers on hosting, digital marketing, and agency solutions. You will collaborate with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline, book meetings and demos, and research prospects to sharpen outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of business development or sales experience with consistent goal achievement.
• Competitive, self-starter with strong business acumen and creative problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written skills to educate, influence, and engage prospects effectively.
• Familiarity with WordPress, server or cloud solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, 6sense and Outreach.io is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with digital agencies and business customers; engage new prospects and introduce core offerings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build a sales pipeline and book meetings and demos.
• Conduct account and market research and contribute to prospecting strategies.
• Educate prospects on Bluehost offerings to help them achieve their business goals.
• Represent Bluehost at industry events and drive meeting and demo bookings.
• Utilize Salesforce, 6sense and Outreach.io to manage and grow your pipeline.
