City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a remote, high-activity SDR to own the top of the sales funnel. You’ll open conversations, book appointments, and get paid on both appointments and closes through a 10% commission on deals you help initiate.

Qualifications welcome anyone with hustle and coachability, even if your background is in hospitality or retail. You’ll work from home with clear benchmarks and a path to a big base raise as you prove you can convert outreach into qualified meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable, persuasive, and able to work from home.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or similar is welcome.
• Willingness to stay long-term in an SDR role.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to generate conversations.
• Diligently follow up; most appointments occur after several touches.
• Use email, phone, and creative drop-offs to turn cold accounts into booked meetings.
• Research decision-makers and keep contact data up to date in HubSpot.
• Log every call, email, and touch in HubSpot to prevent drops.
• Qualify appointments against a scorecard before escalation to sales.
