Primordial Labs is seeking a detail-oriented BD operations leader to own pipeline, forecasting, and proposal operations for our growth initiatives across air, land, sea, and cross-domain portfolios. You will sit with BD leadership, set qualification standards, and deliver a trusted pipeline number to the executive team.

In this remote-friendly role, you’ll administer the CRM, run forecasts with finance, and build dashboards that highlight cycle time and win rates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BD operations, revenue operations, capture or proposal management, or sales ops.
• Strong CRM administration experience and data governance.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and forecast models.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM: structure, data standards, stage definitions, hygiene across portfolios.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and monthly/quarterly forecast cycles with BD leadership and finance.
• Build dashboards on pipeline coverage, win rates, cycle time, and bookings by portfolio.
• Prepare pipeline and bookings materials for executive and board reporting.
• Run gate reviews and stand up proposal operations: templates, boilerplate library, past performance records.
• Coordinate proposal schedules across BD, engineering, finance, and contracts.
• Monitor SAM.gov, BAAs, CSO calls, and route opportunities to leads.
• Manage BD operating rhythm, team planning, and account assignments.
• Track external consultants and advisors, including scopes and performance reviews.
• Own event and conference calendar, budget, and logistics with marketing.
• Onboard new BD hires into tools, process, and standards.
