Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Sr. Manager for BD-OS to scale deal tracking, customer planning, and market insights. You will build dashboards, implement AI-driven workflows, and engage directly with hyperscale and AI customers to support strategic growth.

A data-driven candidate with 7+ years in commercial Ops will thrive in this hybrid Denver-based role. Hybrid in-office 3 days/week in Denver supporting BD's growth, with travel and remote opportunities for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
• 7+ years in business development operations, program/project management, deal management, or related role
• Direct experience with hyper-scalers or data center industry preferred
• CRM systems experience (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet) and building reporting dashboards
• Microsoft products: PowerPoint, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership or board audiences

Responsibilities

• Exceptional program/project management: build schedules and timelines for live deals and support related teams
• AI-enabled operations: apply AI to streamline workflows, insights, and reporting
• CRM & customer planning: maintain systems tracking status, progress, and account strategy
• Customer & market insight: gather market intelligence for pricing benchmarks and competitive analysis
• Investment-critical forecasting: provide projections and status updates for deal timing and risk
• Visibility & systems innovation: develop trackers and dashboards for clear view of status
• Direct customer engagement: interact with hyperscale and AI customers to ground BD-OS in real context
• Process improvement & design: improve BD's operating rhythm as the business scales
