Groundfloor Finance is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Originations Team. You will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through Retail and Broker Originations, cultivating strong relationships, and training customers on our products and processes.

The role is remote-friendly, with preferred candidates located in Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS, but open to qualified applicants nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales, real estate, lending or finance preferred.
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
• Interest in real estate investing, lending, or fintech.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to prospective customers, presenting Groundfloor and documenting results in CRM.
• Be the main resource on Groundfloor products, policies, and underwriting policies.
• Travel to conferences, meetings and industry events.
