Job summary

Groundfloor is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join the Originations Team. The role focuses on Retail and Broker Originations, cultivating strong customer relationships and training clients on Groundfloor products and processes.

The position is remote-friendly with preference for candidates in Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS, but open to all locations. You will travel to industry events and act as the main liaison throughout the loan process, driving growth and market

Qualifications

2+ years experience in sales, real estate, lending or finance preferred.
BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
Interest in real estate investing, lending, or fintech.

Responsibilities

Conducts sales calls to prospective customers, presenting Groundfloor and documenting results in the CRM.
Be the main point of contact throughout the loan process for customers and Groundfloor.
Travel to conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Train customers on Groundfloor products, policies, and underwriting policies.
Close loans from leads provided and self-generated.
Develop and execute plans to hit or exceed sales targets.
Manage a robust pipeline and engage with local market influencers.
