Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across varied settings. The role embraces telehealth, clinic-based, home, and school environments to meet patient needs.

You will conduct FBAs, create tailored treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with SLPs and educators while ensuring compliance with BACB standards and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and licensure where applicable.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK).
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design and modify BIPs using evidence-based ABA methods.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy and supervise RBTs/BCaBA candidates.
• Maintain accurate data collection and progress reports; coordinate with the care team.
