Job summary

All Care Therapies in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan. You may work via telehealth, in-clinic, at home, or at a school, to match your preferred style with ACT's patient needs.

You'll partner with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and educators; supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates; ensure compliant documentation and data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years ABA clinical experience.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Experience with EHR and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments to identify priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design, implement, and modify behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as clinically indicated.
• Monitor progress through data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates.
• Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development support.
• Conduct regular session observations and ensure fidelity to plans.
