Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan. The BCBA coordinates care across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings with a patient-centered approach.

This role involves supervising RBTs/BCaBA candidates, delivering direct therapy, and maintaining rigorous data collection and treatment fidelity to meet BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience including direct therapy and supervision
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services and monitor progress using data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, educators) to coordinate holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB supervision requirements.
• Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development to supervisees.
• Conduct regular session observations and ensure fidelity to treatment plans across service settings.
