Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across ages and settings, including telehealth, clinic, home, and school environments.

You will lead clinical assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK), develop measurable goals, supervise RBTs/BCaBA, train caregivers, and coordinate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and physicians to ensure high‑quality, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years ABA clinical experience including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive FBAs and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK).
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design and adjust BIPs using evidence-based ABA methods.
• Provide direct ABA therapy when indicated and supervise RBTs/BCaBA staff.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
