Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan. The role supports care across telehealth, clinic, home, and school settings to meet patient needs with FLEXIBLE delivery models.

Active BCBA certification and state licensure are required, with at least 2 years of ABA clinical experience and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes and ensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification must be active and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs with measurable goals.

• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
