Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs across the lifespan. The role supports patients via telehealth, clinic, home, or school settings, enabling flexibility to match the BCBA's preferred work style with patient needs.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs/skill assessments, creating measurable treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and educators to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required and in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments to identify priorities.
• Deliver direct ABA services as clinically indicated.
• Monitor progress with consistent data collection and analysis; adjust plans as needed.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB guidelines.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
