Job summary

All Care Therapies is a leading provider of ABA therapy services delivered through virtual, in-home, clinic-based settings across multiple states. The BCBA will design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for patients across the lifespan, aligning with BACB standards.

This role may be performed via telehealth, in a clinic, at the patient's home, or on-site at a school or care facility, offering flexibility to match the BCBA's preferred work style with patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with EHR and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as clinically indicated.
• Monitor patient progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (SLP, OT, PT, physicians, educators) to coordinate holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB requirements.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and professional development to supervisees.
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
