Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead ABA programs across diverse settings—telehealth, clinic, home, and school sites. You will design, supervise, and adjust individualized ABA plans, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout the lifespan.

You will supervise RBTs/BCaBA candidates, ensure data-driven progress, and maintain rigorous clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethics and Medicaid billing standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services and monitor patient progress with data.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
