Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across ages, delivering care via telehealth, clinic, home, or school settings.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BCaBA, and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and educators to ensure holistic care. A Master's in ABA or related field and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and skill assessments to identify priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design and modify behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using evidence-based ABA.
• Deliver direct ABA services and monitor patient progress with data.
• Coordinate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates.
